The younger working generation is more tech-savvy and social, and they’re spilling that into their working style. Mobile technology enables them to work anywhere, and their collaborative style has lead to unconventional work spaces. Driven by the growing presence of millennials between the ages of 18 to 34, the walls are literally coming down. Corner offices are being reconfigured, and cubicles are being replaced with office sharing stations and casual lounge areas, providing more open spaces for informal meetings and information sharing.
